About Us

The Balanced Coordination Support Services (Balcor) team comprises dedicated individuals with a wide range of skills, expertise and varied cultural backgrounds.

We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued, heard and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. We understand the NDIS and challenges faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in community and our team has both professional and lived disability experience.

Our team is dedicated to working hand in hand with participants and service providers in the community, fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and equal opportunities for all.

Our vision

People with disabilities living across all areas of the Northern Territory, including remote areas, can access consistent, high-quality services that meet their personal and cultural needs through Balcor's team of skilled, local staff.

‍

Our Mission

Balcor works hand in hand with people with disability, service providers and the community. We empower people to care for local people and help people live the life they choose.

BALCOR Balanced Coordination Support Services acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We pay our respects to Elders Past and Present.
